  Benjamin Faden  Since joining the Century 21 team, Benjamin Faden has quickly established a reputation among clients for his ability to get results. This high level of commitment has earned him numerous awards such as the 2007 Centurion Top Producer award, the highest level award offered, and the Million Dollar Circle of Excellence award, which he has received every year since he started his Real Estate career in 2005. He is also currently a Toll Brothers Gold Club Member.  Benjamin graduated from the University of Kansas with a dual degree in Political Science and Management Communications. The combination of disciplines required Benjamin to acquire analytical skills that has lead him to have a new level of professionalism not seen before in the Real Estate market. Benjamin's previous professional experience in politics has helped him learn the importance of listening to his clients' needs and of advising them of the best route to take to best meet their needs.  During his years in Real Estate, Benjamin has focused on first time buyers as well as coming up with creative marketing techniques for new developers. He offers more services to his clients than a typical realtor by recommending developers and contractors he has personally used. Benjamin is currently renovating his first condominium in the Hoboken area and this experience has allowed him to gain knowledge of what the needs are of a first time buyer.
